1. Preparation of Annual Maintenance Plan - Spare Planning, Resource Planning and AMC Plan
2. Ensuring the availability of Furnace, Raw Material Handling System, Jigging Plant & Briquette Plant through Preventive Maintenance of all equipment as per Equipment standards
3. Inventory management - Ensure right spares through coordination with Purchase / Stores.
