Job Description :

• Elicit requirements and assist in defining objectives
• Analyze requirements and design solutions to achieve objectives
• Write accurate and complete functional and technical specifications
• Write user stories and manage product backlogs
• Coordinate Effort estimation of Product customization/Implementation requirements per business needs in collaboration with Project team and will be SPOC for BD team, as required
• Write and maintain project documentation for each implementations, as required
• Verify accuracy and completeness of work against acceptance criteria for product upgrades as well as implementations
• Report progress to Sr. Mgmt. and raise issues and risks
• Build and maintain excellent relationships and good will with clients
• Maintain realistic expectations among all parties and stakeholders
