Job Description :

1. Responsibilities of this position include leading implementations for small to large scale clients including Admin customization and Data migrations
2. Responsible for the planning, organizing and management of different tasks and resources to bring about the successful completion of implementation goals and objectives 
3.  Responsibilities include: 

• Planning the work according to clients need
• Estimating resources required for completing the implementation on time
• Assigning tasks to resources and supervising their work
• Tracking and reporting progress to Customer Success team
• Controlling quality of all the deliverables 
• Identifying, managing and controlling changes provided by customer
• Communicating implementation status and issues to the Customer Success team.
• Interact with customers as and when required about the data migration issues
• Managing and resolving implementation issues
• Successfully completing the implementation within time.        

          4. Responsible for mentoring and training new employees.
