Job Description :
- Resource will be working in a customer facing role to ensure that our managed services SLAs are being met for each customer.
- Resource will be interfacing with internal BI resources both on and offshore to make sure daily, weekly and monthly tasks are being met.
- Incumbent will be responsible for engaging customers for QBR meetings and presenting metrics on our performanceand work with them on improvements to meet key metrics and deliverables in our SLA.
