Job Designation : Service/Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description :
Attending Preventive Maintenance (Electrical) of all the Foundry Equipments as per the Schedule
Attending to all Break-down Maintenance as and when reported for all the machines
Recording all the Down-time and up-time for all the Equipments
Giving Feedback to Head Maintenance to eliminate Breakdown, after rectification of Breakdown Reported
Co-ordinate and share with the Mechanical Maintenance to put the machinery back into working within shortest possible time
Ensuring the Electrical Inspectorate act requirement while engaging the Workman for Electrical Maintenance
"Ensure Safe Work Practices are followed for both Man and the Machine, around the Work Area while attending
Break-down and Preventive Maintenance"
Ensuring the running of DG Sets, maintaining Electrical Sub-station, Switch Boards and Supply of Power to all
Machineries
Co-ordinating Testing and certification of All Electrical Equipments for the compliance of Electrical Inspectorarte
