• Perform automation/manual testing on all applications from the earliest opportunity with rigour & precision and before any application goes live with a client Develop automation framework based on the requirement. 
• Write Automation utilities or test-cases depending upon the project requirement Communicating all test issues effectively and executing procedures in order to arrive at the appropriate fix Managing the daily workload of a Tester and giving direction on projects Taking ownership of the Automation testing of the application or project under test.
