Technical Presales Solutions Architect - Middleware Red Hat Corporation Pune

Job summary
The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Middleware Solutions Architect to join us in Pune, India. In this role, you will be a highly respected member of the Red Hat team, with broad experience in the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise Java applications. You'll work with the Sales team to provide deep technical insight into the JBoss Enterprise Middleware product portfolio. As a Solutions Architect, you will be in front of customers on a daily basis (through phone and web meetings and in person), and travel to client sites while listening to customers' technical challenges and suggesting various solution paths, understanding that "one size does not fit all." We'll need you to have a deep understanding of JEE and supporting technologies, with experience applying these technologies to solve real-world problems.
Primary job responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of partner initiatives
  • Confidently present JBoss Middleware solutions to partners and customers in large groups
  • Own the technical relationships with various units of SI partners, and develop and implement technical enablement plans with partners
  • Educate partners on the capabilities of JBoss Middleware software products, as well as conduct live demonstrations and product positioning through webinars and workshops
  • Jointly develop solutions and help have the GSI-specific solution available on JBoss Middleware
  • Assist partners in porting, migration, and benchmarking activities
  • Provide technical consulting and assist with proof-of-concepts
  • Help and support partners in RFPs, proposals, demonstrations, etc.
  • Work with partners on specific engagements to ensure the successful implementation of JBoss Middleware products
  • Work closely with partners to develop joint go-to-market initiatives and point solutions to realize the synergies between our respective product lines
  • Develop reusable methodologies, tools, and capabilities that combine Red Hat products and services into solutions to solve complex customer challenges
  • Act as the main interface between partners and the Red Hat product teams
  • Maintain technical expertise across the JBoss Middleware product suite
