Job Description :

• The person will handle mechanical design activities for fuel dispenser and other related projects.
• He will participate cost optimization and design improvements for fuel dispensers.
• He will able to work with teams and interact other cross functional department.
• Should be able to perform FEA vibration analysis.
• Project management: Will be part of various projects in relation with our dispenser design and other components. Projects could be cost reduction, new design proposal (ECN, ECR), quality improvement, CCRs.
• Factory support (process and rationalization): The person will support to vendor development, manufacturing team by managing ECRs, providing advice on manufacture-ability of product, providing advice to production quality.
   
• Field support: The person will give field support to our sales and service department
• Testing: The person is in charge to organize, follow and report all dispenser related projects components validation and testing.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate having experience in industrial world working on Mechanic, automotive, petrol & gas companies or close.
• Who has strong experience in FEA vibration analysis.
• Able to design and develop sheet metal, casting, plastic, rubber and other components using Creo 2 Pro- E Wildfire.
• Expert in 3D CAD modeling and 2D drawings, BOM creation, Documentation etc.
• Knowledge in General dimension, Tolerances and various manufacturing processes.
• The candidate has to have good communication and presentation skill.
• FEA - Pro Mechanica, Ansys. 
• CAD Software : Pro Engineer Wild fire 5 (Mandatory), Creo2.
• Wind Chill PDM link (Preferable).
• General Tools : Word, Excel, Power point.
• Management Project tool : MS Project.
• Customer oriented, good creativity and team spirit.
