Freshers Job - CA Required in XL Catlin

Job Designation : Charted Accountant

Job Location : Bangalore, India

Job Description :

1. Reviewing Monthly and Quarterly Expense and Headcount Reports.
2. Reviewing and Analyzing the variance for the Actual Vs Plan Expenses/Prior Year/Reforecast/Prior Quarter) & preparing the commentary for the same.
3. Preparing & Reviewing the Insurance Presentations & Enterprise Pack & analyzing the variances between translations
4. Assist in Planning & reforecasting.
5. Build strong checks & controls & automating the reports wherever possible
6. Maintain strong communication with onshore (both written and verbal) and manage expectations.
7. Keeping the flexibility in reports to incorporate any high level adjustments or structural changes from onshore.
8. Prepare adequate documentation of the process
9. Support Ad-hoc activities.

Job Requirements :
Chartered Accountant
Knowledge in  Accounts , Finance , Tax , Company Secretary , Audit
