Job Description :

1. Supports sales managers by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales  information; resolving problems.
2. Maintains promotional database.
3. Updates daily action summaries to manager.
4. Resolves order and inventory problems.
5. Attending customer enquires over phone; Calling prospective customers from database.
6. Forwards samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customers.
7. Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.

Job Requirements : 

• Candidate with excellent communication skills needs to apply. 
• Any language like Kannada or Tamil apart from Hindi and English will be a added advantage.
• We will be comfortable with freshers also.
