IT L1 support
Proactively and independently resolve issues, yet also function well within a team
Troubleshooting client problems and satisfying customer needs

Job Requirements :

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate issues and problem resolutions to maintain excellent working relationships with customers and partners.
2. Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management/ Dealer Management Systems preferably Siebel
3. Must be self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and efficiency and a strong work ethic
4. Must be flexible to work in Shifts.
   Immediate Joinee's will be given first priority.
   Should have experience in interacting with Indian Clients
