• Pre-Sales and Post-Sales technical support responsibilities for our products used by developers
• Able to code as per the requirement
• Provide proper reasoning for every reply with good product understanding
• Handle technical queries by providing solution or workaround with sample
• Should have nag of understanding the customer’s requirement and problem.
• Responsible for developing technical content for the community

Job Requirements :

• B.Tech/MCA and 55% or above throughout academic
• Good Verbal and Written Communication skills in English
• Good Analytical and Logical skills
• Strong programming skills
• Good knowledge of any one programming language
• 0 ~ 1 years of Experience
• Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving attitude
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of .NET Technical Language
• Candidates with immediate joining will be given preference.
