JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible to communicate about project requirement from client in order to understand project scope and prepare Business Requirement Specifications (BRS, FRS, SOW, Module Sheet).
• Processing change requests and Tracing the requirements during implementation phase of the project
• Experience of Delivering Website and ecommerce projects in an ecommerce or Web Development Company. Delivery of Project/Product on Time
• Coordinating with Technical Team to ensure project is delivered in time and with acceptable quality, Managing Customer Relationship.
• Defining the project scope according to approved features list & man-hour estimate.
• Designed screen mock-ups for the entire application and prepared a consolidated detailed design document for all modules.
• Validate Technical Specification with screens designs created by development team.
•  Writing the Use Cases, for client specification. Given demo to client to deal with the backend system of the applications
• Conceptualizing the Customer Requirements. Interacting with Client and Managing its Expectations with the coordination of development Team to ensure project is delivered in time and with acceptable quality.
• Sound understanding on web design / development technologies.
