Job Description :
Identify and working with End Users, Consultants and Customers.
Development of account Penetration Strategies for Key Target & Competition Account.
Having proactive approach towards building Leads, Submitting Proposals, Order Conversion & Execution of Order.

Sales Negotiation and Deal Closure, interfacing with Department Heads & Top Level Personnel.

Communicating current Market Intelligence back to the business along with Field Concerns, Issues & Requirements.

Training and Motivation of Team Members. Interaction with Team Members on regular basis to understand & resolve key issues.

Develop and Maintain high level of Product Knowledge of DG Sets and
Competition Products. Plan and organize Sales Promotional Activities, Customer Training Program, Product Seminar, Consultant Meets and Other Marketing Activities.

Ensure growth in business in line with the overall objectives of company.

Execute Operational Strategies for sustained growth, profitability of the region by expanding market share.

Maintain satisfactory after sales relationship and development of long term Customer Relationship.

Job Requirements :
Must have experience in local market and sales of D.G, Electrical Panels, Switchgear, HT,LT, Lift, Heavy earth moving equipments.



Diploma - Electrical with MBA
